Join the crew of Esoterica THIS SATURDAY, May 3rd, for a showing of The Rocky Horror Picture Show at Tally Ho Theater. The showing is at 10 pm, we're gathering at Esoterica at 9:30. We're closing early so we can all go together! Tickets are $10, $2 off in costume. Also, Lilly will give the person with the best costume a $10 gift certificate for Esoterica!

Reader/Class Payment instruction

Cash only for Readings - Please bring enough cash for your reading and any gratuity or time extension on the reading. Classes are also to be paid in cash. Checks made out to the instructors or readers ONLY if the readers/instructors have agreed upon this in advance. We will be taking credit card or paypal information for those making appointments in case of cancellation without a 24 hour notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled reading you WILL be charged for the full amount of the scheduled reading. This is a job for the people doing the readings and the classes - and when you book appointments no one else can have that time slot, and the reader loses valuable payments (especially in this time of expensive gasoline). It is only fair that if you take appointments that someone else might sign up for, and can't because you have them and you cancel at the last minute, that compensation is made. Please do your best to either make sure you CAN make the appointment you have scheduled, or cancel far enough in advance that we can schedule other's in your place. Join us for an evening of music and songs from the delightful Doug Rainoff and Lisa Taylor. They play for Tips - so Tip Generously!!!

Doug Rainoff is an incredibly talented musician who is active in the Washington area, instructing, performing, singing, and songwriting. A George Mason Graduate, Doug has performed at many local venues including the Kennedy Center, Birchmere, Nissan Pavilion, and even the White House. A former Whammy Award winner, he has played on over 12 albums, performed internationally, and has appearances on television and radio. A Contemporary Music Center instructor since 1989, Doug is versed in Folk, Jazz, Blues, Classical, and Contemporary, as well as being a master of the finger picking style on Guitar.

Lisa Taylor is a mommy, therapist, singer-songwriter, guitarist and drummer from the Washington D.C.area. She is a Washington Area Music Association (WAMMIE) winner, Kerrville New Folk Finalist and has been the recipient of numerous songwriting awards from contests in the U.S. and abroad. Her music has been played up and down the dial including National Public Radio and "Traditions" with Mary Cliff. She has recorded with local legends Tom Prasada-Rao and Andrew McKnight as well as dozens of other independent artists whose work appears in film and television.

Witchcraft 101 Witchcraft 101 focuses on the history of Witchcraft, Deities, Elements, Meditation and Visualization, sacred space, tools, rituals and personal empowerment. Class runs from 7 to 9 pm Thursday nights. DrumCraft 101 Learn to hand drum Friday nights through the 22nd. Each class will consist of approximately 1.5 hours of class time. A few drums will be available for use by those who do not own their own, but this cannot be guaranteed. Come for class, stay for the Open Drum Circle!	Karuna Ki I Saturday, February 9th from 10 am to 3 pm. Karuna Ki I - an adjunct to Reiki – involves more advanced use of meditation and energy healing, and additional symbols to help focus healing energies - followed by an Attunement to Karuna Ki level 1. Reiki I Students will learn this ancient art of healing in a small class setting through a combination of lecture & hands-on experience Saturday, February 16th from 10 am to 3 pm. Each student is attuned to the Reiki Energy to become a Certified Reiki I Practitioner. Class includes manual and certificate upon completion. Course fee: $185.00	Magickal Gardening: From Seed to Harvest Join us Saturday, March 1st from 4 to 9pm, at Esoterica in Leesburg, VA, to learn how to plan, bless, plant, maintain and harvest your very own magickal garden with this fun, interactive class. Please bring a pen or pencil with you. H'ors d'oevres will be available for snacking. Students will receive Magickal Gardening booklets as well as a magickal herb to take home. Class costs $55.

Weekly Gatherings

Mondays: Mindfulness Meditation Ron, our beloved Palm Reader, Handwriting Analyst and Very Silly Person leads our Mindfulness Meditation Class. Free and fun, this class will help you relax and become more present in your life. Mindfulness Meditation starts at 7:30 pm every Monday.	Wednesdays: Spirit Circle Join us at 7:30 pm on Wednesdays for a Gathering of people, regardless of sex, age, religious belief or creed, all coming together to explore their spirituality and share their experiences. A donation of $5 is suggested.
Thursdays: Learn to Spin Your Own Wool 7 to 9 pm. Topics include creating your own drop spindle from EZ access materials, learning to spin wool and other textiles into thread/yarn with a drop spindle (there will also be a spinning wheel available) . Also available will be artisan crafted drop spindles, and wool roving direct from Ashley's prized sheep and other critters!	Fridays: Open Drum Circle From 8:30 to 10pm, immediately following DrumCraft 101! Only $5 to join in (DrumCraft students attend at no charge) ! All percussion instruments welcome! Extra drums may be available, but only on a first-come first-served basis.

Concert is free - but we have a tip jar out so that the musicians can get enough money for food and gas (the tip jar is virtually the only money they get - so lets make them happy and wanting to return!!!)
